The “Free Shipping Bar” is a great way for customers to be able to quickly know when they can get free shipping. However, because this feature is in the theme settings, it can only be turned off and on for the entire site and all markets.
I offer free shipping on orders over $55 domestically, but I cannot offer free shipping internationally, so having this bar turned on by default will confuse my customers.
This feature should be included as part of the theme template (quick cart, cart page) so it can be turned on/off for each market.

I wanted to post the same!! I Have found a solutions using the translate and adapt app.. editing how exactly i want it to be shown in different markets..
