My customers are logging in on the account which is asking for their email and password, but then are taken to a separate page to enter their email again and wait for a code. This is confusing some of my customers as they are just entering their password again and don’t know to check their email.
Those of us using the new customer accounts need a account login feature that only asks for the login methods right off the bat to avoid duplicating work. (Shop Pay, Facebook, Google, Email)
And if that is too hard, just change the Account Icon to just say Log In or Create and Account and then take them to the new page.
