SEO / Theme settings: Allow merchants to change the H1 tags via a theme setting#96

We’ve recieved several requests asking for the ability to manually set H1 tags in the theme settings. And it looks like some other themes offer this as a setting for easy customization. I know that these are not widely used for SEO the way that they used to be, but it may be a nice feature in special cases.
